Victor Arias, Jr. is Senior Client Partner in the Dallas office of Korn Ferry and a core member of the CEO/Board Services practice and also Global Leader of Diversity & Inclusion.
Prior to his 20-year executive search career, Mr.Arias spent 15 years in the corporate and commercial real estate business in Chicago and later at the Las Colinas development.
Mr. Arias served on the board of directors of Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen (NASDAQ:PLKI) and recently retired after 15 years of service. He is trustee emeritus for the Stanford University Board of Trustees, member of UTEP Leadership Council, prior appointee to the White House Fellows Commission, co-founder of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, prior board member of the Notre Dame Institute of Latino Studies, founding board member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, and founding board member of the Latino Business Action Network.
Mr. Arias earned his MBA from Stanford University and BBA from University of Texas at El Paso where he was named Distinguished Alum in 2009.
